DR MARK SALANOWSKI

Mark has been a principal dentist at Macedon St Dental for over 25 years.  He takes pride in providing a caring, personal service. Mark is able to offer most services including implants, cosmetic dentistry and orthodontic advice and treatment.

Outside of work, Mark is married with two adult children.  He enjoys walking the family dogs, hiking, cycling, photography and chess.


DR STEVEN DIB

Steve graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1997 and has practiced at Macedon St Dental Group for 17 years.  He has an extremely broad range of dental skills which he has developed over many years experience.  He has a passion for complex restorative treatment, cosmetic treatments, oral surgery, root canal/endodontic treatment, implants and emergency treatment for pain and broken teeth.

Steve is well known for his caring nature, gentle touch and high quality dental treatment.

“As a health-care professional, I treat all my patients to the standard and quality I would treat my own teeth or those of my loved ones.  I always aim to deliver the best possible outcomes for my patients.”

Outside of work Steve enjoys walking his dogs, playing golf and has an interest in most sport – especially AFL and his beloved Bombers.


DR IMRAN KHAN

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Imran studied Dentistry at the University of Melbourne, graduating in 2009 with Honors. He enjoys all fields of dentistry, but has special interests in cosmetic restorations, endodontics, and prosthodontics. He is actively involved in continuing education to expand his knowledge of techniques and materials, while staying up to date with the latest technology. 

In his spare time, Imran can be found in the gym, fishing or playing sports. Even after all these years in Melbourne, Imran still loves his ice hockey and is an avid fan of the Vancouver Canucks.


DR AMNA NOUREEN

Amna obtained her Bachelors of Dental Surgery from University of Health Sciences, Lahore Pakistan in 2012. She pursued fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery after graduation, and had also worked in various private and public dental practices prior to relocation to Australia in 2018.

Amna has been working in Melbourne after she completed her qualification assessments with Australian Dental Council.

Amna enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is able to provide majority of the services. She has very gentle and caring chair side manners; and with her years of experience, she understands dental phobias and fears. Therefore, she takes special interest in helping patients overcome their dental anxiety by focusing on their specific individual needs. She always attempts her best to ensure each patient has a calm, relaxing and pain free dental experience.

Amna is passionate about educating patients on prevention of dental issues, and keeps herself up to date with the latest information through continuous professional development.

Amna is multilingual as she speaks English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.

Amna has two beautiful kids who keep her busy outside of work. She also likes being outdoors, going out for a walk and a long drive in her spare time.


DR NAVVY KAUR

Navvy graduated in 2014 from Baba Farid University of Health Science. She practiced overseas before relocating to Australia in 2017.  Since 2017, Navvy has worked in different private practices across Western Australia and Victoria.

Navvy enjoys providing all aspects of general dentistry, including but not limited to root canals, wisdom teeth extractions, fillings, implants, dentures, and cosmetic dentistry.  Her philosophy is to work with her patients to achieve a more holistic approach to oral health. She aspires to make all dentistry from simple fillings and cleanings to endodontics and extractions to be more predictable and comfortable for her patients.

Navvy is a good listener and is able to help her patients overcome their anxieties relating to dental treatment.

Navvy is multilingual as speaks English, Hindi and Punjabi fluently. In her free time, Navvy enjoys sports, painting and horse riding.


DR HELEN RAMOV

Helen was born and raised in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne and moved to the sunny Gold Coast to complete her dentistry degree. She graduated as a dentist from Griffith University in Queensland in 2013 with first class honours and was awarded an undergraduate research grant from the Australian Dental Research Foundation in her final year.

Upon graduation, she started work in the western suburbs of Melbourne where her family and friends are situated and joined Macedon St Dental group which is close to her home town.  

Helen enjoys all aspects of general dentistry particularly working with children and patients experiencing dental anxiety. She is very understanding of patients that are nervous and has helped many patients overcome their fear of visiting the dentist. 


DR MEAGAN LOO

Meagan graduated from The University of Sheffield, UK in 2014. She then spent a year working in London before moving to Melbourne to be closer to family.

Meagan enjoys all aspects of general dentistry. She regularly attends dental courses to update her skills and knowledge, so that she can provide the best quality care possible for her patients. She has a friendly and relaxed chair side manner, and works to create a positive experience for every dental visit.

Meagan is multilingual and speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin.

Outside of work, Meagan enjoys travelling, music, exploring Melbourne’s cafes and restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.


DR NEIL PEPA

Neil obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Centro Escolar University (CEU), Manila, Philippines in 1998. During his time there, he was actively involved in several civic actions to help educate the local and marginalised communities about the importance of dental health and offer free treatments to those who are less fortunate. He eventually moved to Sydney upon which he acquired his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 2004.

Since then, Neil has practiced general dentistry across various clinics in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, and he has developed skills and strategies to treat various kinds of problems relating to teeth. He values the importance of people’s awareness regarding their oral health – he doesn’t only treat the issues, he provides patients with ways to take care of their teeth.

Neil has a kind and caring nature and has often been referred to as a “gentle giant” by his patients and colleagues. He loves working with children and has an interest in preventive and restorative dentistry. You can count on Neil to be honest, transparent and readily available to offer his patients practical and sound dental advice.

When he’s not looking at teeth, Neil loves to go for a drive and bring his camera to take landscape photos. He also keeps active by cycling, and occasionally playing basketball. He unwinds with his family and friends by watching movies and playing video games and trying out different restaurants.
